Information note on personal data processing within the Human Resources System

Pursuant to the Law on the data protection, no. 133 of July 8, 2011("Law on the data protection"). Î.C.S. GG Cables & Wires EE S.R.L., a limited liability company, IDNO 101260200077, headquartered at 4 Industriala Str., Balti, Republic of Moldova, („Company”), hereby informs you that the the Company collects and processes Your personal data that you provided by presenting your CV within Company’s Human Resources System, as described below:

The personal data collected by the Company will be processed within the Human Resources System in good faith and in compliance with the provisions of the Law on personal data protection and the Personal Data Processing Policy applied in the Human Resources System which is handled by the Company, in order: (i) to manage the human resources within the Company by carrying out the recruiting procedures in order to identify potential employees and; (ii) to fulfill the legal requirements and commitments incumbent on the Company as for a potential employer in respect of procedures of recruitment and hiring of personnel. 


The Company may disclose to third parties the personal data processed within Company’s Human Resources System, only to the extent that law requires it or is necessary in order to fulfill the processing purposes provided above.  


This information note is to acknowledge that You provide us directly with your personal data by presenting your CV and participating in the recruiting process of potential employees - candidates carried out by the Company. By participating in this process and providing any documents and information in this regard, You consent the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out herein.  


Personal data of the selected and hired candidates following the recruitment process, will be stored and retained for the entire duration of employment contract. After the contract closure, personal data will be stored in archived form in compliance with the terms and conditions of storing personnel files containing them.


If following the recruitment procedure, you were not employed, your personal data will be stored until the end of the year when the recruitment process took place, and, subsequently will be kept in archived form in compliance with the Order of the State Archive Service no. 57 of July 27, 2016.


In compliance with the Law on personal data protection, as a subject of personal data, you have the right to be informed about the processing, accessing your personal data, intervention on your personal data, the right to opposition and not to be subject to individual decisions. To exercise these rights, you can contact the Responsible Data Protection Officer within the Company with a written, signed and dated request that you can submit at the Company's headquarters or send it by e-mail to the e-mail address: You also have the right to contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection or the Court to defend any rights guaranteed by law, which you consider to have been violated.
