The IMS is based on GG Group strate­gic fo­cus and ob­tains its sub­stance from the needs of our stake­hold­ers.

The IMS ap­plies to the whole com­pany as shown in the or­ga­ni­za­tion chart. All our staff are both obliged and com­mit­ted to im­ple­ment­ing the IMS.

Sup­plier Self-dis­clo­sure

In the case the sup­plier iden­ti­fied that sus­pect ma­te­r­ial had been shipped to GG Group, he has to in­form the GG Group con­tact per­sons (plant and head­quar­ter) im­me­di­ately.
In or­der to en­sure all needed in­for­ma­tion is avail­able, please fill in the stan­dard­ized form
 

Sup­plier Change Re­quest

In the case the sup­plier re­quires a prod­uct or process change, we ask the sup­plier to fill in the tem­plate and to in­form the GG Group con­tact per­sons (plant and head­quar­ter) 6 months be­fore the de­sired time of change.
Only af­ter ap­proval by GG Group, fur­ther steps for a pos­si­ble im­ple­men­ta­tion can be taken.
