The development and competence center in Poysdorf was recently opened after a complete modernization of the interior. The transformation followed the new “New World of Work” work culture with extended home office times. It also puts the available space to ideal use and offers employees the highest level of flexibility and independence—even workspaces are chosen anew every day. The creation of private spaces was an important part of the NWOW concept—whether for making calls or for focused work. These rooms are soundproof and offer space for one person.
Much of the work was done on weekends, evenings, and between public holidays so as not to disturb running operations and to complete the renovation as quickly as possible.
