GG showed an interested specialist audience how innovation management can function in industrial companies as part of a two-day seminar at the Poysdorf plant. Representatives from four companies from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland took part in the workshop led by Nikolaus Griller and Thibaut Lenormant from GG, and Gerald Steinwender from Strategyn iip innovation. Using best practice examples, they learned how innovation management systems can be purposefully introduced and implemented.
