On November 1, 2025, Dominik Jacquelin, currently Vice President of GG’s Shareholder Committee will be appointed as new President of the Shareholder Committee. He has already been deeply involved in all key issues of our company in recent years and is looking forward to performing his new position. A comprehensive handover of the role’s agenda until end of October will be ensured.
Niki Griller has been with GG since 2010 as an employee, managing director, long-standing member of the company's committees, and project manager for M&A and strategy projects at shareholder level. He will remain with the company as Vice President of the Supervisory Board and of the Shareholder Committee. Applying his expertise gained over the last 8 years in the field of education (including a fellowship at TeachForAustria, founding the LehrWert education initiative, and serving on the board of the Foundation for Economic Education) he will serve as Chief of Staff to Federal Minister of Education Christoph Wiederkehr while still contributing to GG’s future development in terms of resilience, growth, and innovation.
“I want to state how much I enjoyed the great work with GG during the last years. When meeting business partners, travelling to GG-sites around the globe, discussing opportunities to grow and innovate but also when taking tough decisions during difficult times – the management and the team of GG always impressed me. It is highly motivating to see so many smart and visionary people in one organization, investing their energy and their skills! Thank you all for the great work, the inspiring encounters and your passion to evolve. I will continue to support GG’s journey to a bright future in my new role. Let’s keep the power of network!” Niki Griller emphasizes.
Dominik Jacquelin adds: “Already since 2022, I have served as Vice President of the Shareholder Committee and was deeply involved, particularly during the transformation phase. This has given me a clear understanding of GG’s strengths and challenges. I am therefore excited to take the next step by taking over the responsibilities of Niki Griller as President of our Shareholder Committee and to fill this role. I would like to sincerely thank all employees - those who have supported GG for many years and also those who recently joined. In times as challenging as these, when even big players among our peers are facing severe existential challenges, it is remarkable that GG continues to succeed and successfully defends its position as a leading player in our industries. Thank you!”
