Arno Haselhorst joins GG Board of Management

GG Group (Gebauer & Griller) announces changes in its management team – Eva Schinkinger (CEO) and Holger Fastabend (CSO/CTO) have been joined by Arno Haselhorst (CRO/COO) in the Board of Management.

Arno Haselhorst succeeds Harald Buehren, who resigned from his COO function at GG. The new organizational structure has been in effect since 21st December 2022.

All global wires and harness plants owned by GG Group as well as Supply Chain will be managed by Arno Haselhorst as COO, which will facilitate a bundled and intensified focus on operational excellence and the realization of existing efficiency potentials. In his CRO role Arno Haselhorst will be responsible for planning and implementing several restructuring measures in order to conduct a sustainable group-wide transformation process to ensure long-term financial stability for GG. As integrated member of the Board of Management Arno Haselhorst disposes of a profound track record in supporting companies with the development and systematic implementation of strategies, with reorganization measures and comprehensive restructuring projects and served on supervisory and executive boards of stock corporations.

In addition to his responsibilities for the group-wide sales, development and innovation divisions CSO/CTO Holger Fastabend expands his area of authority by the functions of Quality Management, Footprint Management, Lean Management and Manufacturing Engineering.

CEO Eva Schinkinger is reconfirmed in her position as CEO and will continue to lead the group’s commercial divisions Finance, Treasury, Procurement, IT, Corporate Development, Human Resources as well as Legal and Marketing and Communications.

The new organizational structure was actively initiated by the shareholders of GG and is a sign of their active commitment to GG Group as a company with prosperous future perspectives. It allows the members of the Management Board to focus on the assigned divisions and at the same time facilitates cross-functional collaboration and exchange. This will help GG to take advantage of its strengths more effectively and efficiently and to ensure the transformation of the entire group towards the future needs of the automotive industry.
